Wicked Pictures Releases Adult's First HD DVD 2006-12-20 12:04:00 Wicked Pictures has beat its competitors to the punch and announced their release of what will be the first adult HD DVD: Camp Cuddly Pines Powertool Massacre.The standard DVD version of Camp Cuddly has been a huge hit for the studio, and since it was a title shot with hi-def cameras, it made sense that the movie would be chosen as the studio's first release on one of the two brand-new hi-def formats.The 4-disc release will feature the movie in hi-def, along with bonus features presented in standard definition.HD DVD is one of the two rival formats currently competing for hi-def aficionados' home entertainment dollar. The other format, Blu-ray, has not yet seen any adult releases, although Vivid Pictures has publically stated that is the format they would be supporting.There have been no official annoucements of other adult titles for the HD DVD format yet, although Empire Insider can confirm that adult studio Digital Playground is hard at work on upcoming release of their hit titles Read more:Adult
