Digital Playground Sticking With HD DVD 2008-01-16 12:53:00 Despite Internet reports to the contrary, Digital Playground is not abandoning the HD DVD format...at least not yet.Reports on the Net are saying that the adult studio is ditching the HD DVD format, but according to Public Relations spokeswoman Adella O'Neal, Digital Playground is "currently supporting both formats." That trial is set to proceed on October 16th.Meanwhile, the Rob Black/Extreme Associates case, which has been in the court system longer, will be proceeding in Pennsylvania sometime in October or November. Black and his company are also being charged with obscenity violations.Both cases have reatained noted First Amendement lawyer H.
